Recovery is not a destination you arrive at alone. Whether you are in early sobriety, supporting a loved one through their journey, or working through years of difficult patterns, regular professional counselling provides the structure, accountability, and tools that make sustained change possible.

Harmony Retreat's individual counselling sessions are provided by licensed addiction counsellors trained in cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, 12-step facilitation, and relapse prevention.

Sessions are 50 minutes and available in person at our Greytown facility or via secure video call from anywhere in the country. Scheduling is flexible, including evenings, to fit around work and family commitments. You do not need to have completed a residential programme to access counselling - sessions are open to anyone at any stage of their recovery.
